Tom and Devon and the crew have always been extremely helpful thru the last 20 years keeping my equipment running and the poop flowing.Tom just saved me the cost of a new AC system by rewiring and replaceing parts on my old air handler.He admitedly said it was the toughest job this year. I have used A to Z twice now. Both times have been amazing. The scheduler Pheda is friendly and helpful. Jeff has come out both times and does a great job. From plumbing to handyman work, they do everything. They have become the go to people to call for everything. They are quick efficient and friendly. Can't ask for more.

Phaedra and Tom are Lifesavers! I knew no contractors in Springfield and promised my sister I would remodel some of the house they just purchased. They were still living out of town so it was up to me to do it all. A-Z are trustworthy, honest and just fantastic people all around. The guys they sent to work on the home were professional and excellent. I highly recommend this company.

I just moved here and definitely needed a water softener unit. Phaedra was so nice on the phone. Tom and the guys did a brilliant job getting my water softener system installed.

Update 1: Today, the guys installed my new faucet, and, I now have water pressure! The best part though are my new French doors! They replaced the old sliding glass doors with my new doors! It’s still in progress; but far, so good.
The greatest part: I cherish my 3 dogs and the guys were amazing with the pups. My puppy, Pepper, decided Devon was her best friend! Pepper was in love. I am pretty sure he felt the same way.
A to Z was, once again, on time, extremely professional; yet, proved a success by my dogs and me. I’ll definitely add more later…

Update 2: Devin was and is very personable yet very professional. Today, he put crown molding around my fireplace. It looks awesome!

Update 3: Devin installed my chandelier and hung my beloved artwork with precise measurements and a whole lot of kindness.
