  • Account data: Duration of account plus 2 years after deletion request
  • Google Analytics data: 26 months (Google's default retention setting)
  • Server access logs: 90 days
  • Business listing data (public records): Retained indefinitely as part of directory; contractors may request removal of inaccurate data

Rights Under GDPR (EEA / UK Residents)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR, respectively:

Our legal bases for processing are: contractual necessity (processing your data to fulfil a service you requested), legitimate interests (operating and improving the directory, fraud prevention, analytics), and consent (personalised advertising cookies, marketing communications).

We do not conduct any solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

International transfers: Our servers are located in the United States. When we transfer data from the EEA or UK to the US, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable (e.g., Google's data processing terms include SCCs for transfers to their US infrastructure).

Rights Under CCPA (California Residents)
