I first hired Justin to complete a list of tasks that needed attention with one of my rental properties. In all honesty, the list was pretty vague, and I didn't have a chance to go over what I wanted done in detail. I showed up unannounced and was amazed to find that Justin had taken care of everything on my list, plus a bunch of stuff I forgot. His work looked great, and my rental was ready for move-in. I was a little worried about the bill, but was pleased to find out that his rates were very reasonable. Justin is my go-to guy for my rentals, and for my own home. Great work!!
