Great communication every step of the way! Each member of their team was extremely friendly and approachable. They were all willing to explain any questions or concerns I had. The work I had on my bathroom last summer was everything I wanted and they made it so easy. The company is very professional, shows up every day on time! They were on the pricey end but with the customer service and attention to detail was totally worth it!

Superior, quality work. Great communication and hard working crews with great attitudes. They were quick to remedy any issues and the final product is amazing. It was refreshing to work with a construction company that valued its customer. Thank you Alyeska Builders for the service. True professionals. We are recommending you to everyone. Feel free to use us as a reference.

Alyeska Builders is by far, the worst company I have ever had the experience of working with. I hired them after a house flood to do a full remodel of the sheetrock, paint, and trim work in my small, custom built home in Fairbanks. After many, many months of delays, excuses, and poor quality of workmanship, these images are examples of what they left me with. I had read their google reviews, found their website to be very professional, and hired them. The photos are of completed work they did which clearly shows the quality of their work. In addition to them rehanging water damaged trim boards (yet billing my insurance for new boards) the skill of the workers was severely lacking. They had taped down floor protectant to my concrete floors, which then resulted in the sealant being stripped up when they removed the tape. They refused to correct the additional damage they had done, or correct the shoddy work, saying they would not return to the job site until I paid them in full. This was a direct violation of the contract we had signed that required 50% down to start the job and 50% paid upon completion of the work. Their excuse, "You are too difficult of a customer." Interestingly enough, after meeting with the owners to do a final walk-through of the home, Dan Rady said, "80% of the work my guys did is good!" Hmm...I'm not sure why they think anyone would be okay with 80% but this was their attitude. They had also subcontracted their buddies at Blackhawk Works to do dirt work in my driveway. When it was all said and done, Alyeska Builders and their subcontractors tried to bill me and my insurance company for work and materials they did NOT do, they tore up ALL of the satellite coax cables that went to both of my homes on the property and to the dish (three in total), they did additional damages to the home inside, they hit the corner of my home with the dozer, they left the propane on in the kitchen one day, which could have blown up the house had I not gone by to check it, and they tried to hold my house hostage until I paid them in full. The saddest part of it all is that I found their work crew to be very kind. The owners of the company however are extremely manipulative and are committing insurance fraud. This town is way to small and this kind of behavior will come back to bite them in the end.
