I would highly recommend Big Bob's for your flooring needs. We worked with Danica to replace the flooring in our house after a flood. She was wonderful to work with....very patient and answered all our questions and directed us to the type of flooring we were looking for. We are very happy with our selection. Shon and Cheyenne installed the flooring and it looks great. They were great to work with and did a fantastic job. We are so happy that we went with Big Bob's!

I am so disappointed. This place was recommended to me. I had them come out and measure and give me an estimate. We had an appointment to get floors installed yesterday. I received a phone call from installers saying they couldn’t get to us yesterday so they came out today. Once they came in, they told me my transition strips weren’t included even though I had an email stating they were and then the estimate for the stairs they said didn’t include the space between he drywall and stairs which I have an email stating all holes etc would be taken care of. Mind you, I went through all the trouble of moving everything out of my kitchen for the to install the flooring. In my opinion, they should have wanted to make it right since they are the ones who quoted me and said all would be taken care of. The stairs could have been an easy fix using trim or base board, but instead they wanted to charge me to send out a dry waller. This is something that shouldn’t happen to any customer! I am so very disappointed and this shouldn’t be the way they handle business! The job they were going to do wasn’t cheap so you would think they would want the business and make it right!

Apologize for us not getting the job done and the install not being able to do the job on the date it was set for. We let the installer know next time read the work order because the transitions where included and had them with him.
There was some confusion on the email about the holes "For the stairs, if I choose the non-carpet option, does this price take care of the risers and the stair baseboard so there’s no holes?" We email back "For the stair estimate with the vinyl plank does take care of the risers as well, but what are you calling the stair baseboard, because there shouldn't be any holes afterwards." Which the questions was never answer. We should of followed up again with the question to get clarification. When there is a gap between stair and sheet rock we recommend getting a drywall person to fill it in before or after we are done. Putting base on the stair is not normal and does not look clean and not right. If we were to put on wallbase/trim on the side of the stairs there would of been a extra charge because it is very time consuming and not easy.
Installer could of installed the kitchen and come back later to finish the stairs after the patching was done. Instead you asked to be refunded out of frustration which we understand due to the miss communications of what suppose to be included. As the manger if you want reach out to me (Pat) and I will cover the drywall patching if you want to still do the job, but will not be able to cover the painting.
We will work harder on being more clear with what we can do and not do with solutions to fix the problems before the job starts.
Apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced. We value your feedback and want to address the miscommunication regarding the transition strips and the stair installation.
Let us know if you still want to get the job done.
