⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m giving four stars because the experience had a very rocky start and definitely could’ve gone a lot smoother from the beginning. Long story short, the first installer did a terrible job (see the first 6 pics) and was honestly very unpleasant to deal with — he barely used any glue and left the floor a complete mess. It was really disappointing after spending the money and being excited for new floors, and the whole thing felt like a nightmare.

To their credit, John really stepped up once we reached out. He took the time to come out, look at the floors, and actually listen to our concerns. A couple of days later, he got back to us with a plan and sent out a new crew who were awesome (wish I’d gotten their names!). Even they said, “Wow, this other guy barely used any glue!” and we were like, “RIGHT?! Glad it’s not just us!” 😂 They worked hard, were professional, and the difference in quality was like night and day.

The new installers completely redid the floors, and now they look so much better (see the last 4 pics). We’re finally happy with how it turned out. We really appreciate how Carpet One took responsibility, owned the mistake, and made sure it was corrected. In the end, that kind of follow-through matters just as much as the installation itself.
