The other flooring dealer in Juneau was selling the business so I thought I'd try Carpet Source instead. This business is by Costco and I very rarely see cars in the parking lot. This should have been my first clue. Second clue would be to check YELP reviews. Found a bit of Linoleum to buy and rather high price but I liked the wood plank pattern. This is where everything went south. I said I wanted the pattern a certain orientation, pattern parallel to the long dimension. Each time I tried to explain the owner's answer didn't convince me he understood. After 6 attempts he assured me several times it would be cut the way I asked. Well, I picked it up 5 days later and it was cut the wrong way, When I expressed my unsatisfaction, He argued that was the way I asked, and continued to argue when I reminded him of our conversations. No offer to make things right, no offer to refund..... just a bunch of snarling words. I snarled back and said I would never be back and would tell others of my bad experience. 275 dollars down the drain....
