Cheyenne Tile and Stone Company did an excellent job on our kitchen backsplash. Lolo, Kent and Chris were professional, skilled, and very easy to work with. They paid close attention to detail, worked efficiently, and made sure everything looked perfect before they left. I’m thrilled with how beautifully it turned out. A 4+ rating. I really enjoyed working with Jacki, she was helpful, knowledgeable & patient... Cuz let's be honest, us women have a hard time making these decisions 😉. We were building in Cheyenne, yet still lived out of state so communication was key. She was very responsive to emails. Spoke with Mike once, and he was very helpful as well. My only concern was the mural I purchased for above my cooktop. I envisioned it being installed having the white tile border all the way around (as if framed), and it ended up meeting with the countertop. I probably didn't communicate that, but didn't realize it completely fit that space vertically. A phone call, text and/or pictures from the installer would have been nice so I could clarify my desire for that mural, as a row could have been left unused OR the whole thing turned horizontally. Ultimately, they did a wonderful job, installers were professional and kind. Carpet is soooo soft, LVT looks beautiful and tile work is seemless 😊 Can't wait to move in!!
