These guys do not understand "Logistics" and completely failed me.
I worked with Tanya to arrange moving 3 pallets of freight from AML Juneau to a storage unit in Juneau. She assured me that they would be able to move my pallets as soon as they arrived on the barge. Several days after the freight had shown up at AML's dock I called to ask if it had been done. From then on, she refused to take my phone calls. I called 6 more times. She was always "just stepped out" or "back tomorrow" and she never ever called back. Ever. Finally Erica, the receptionist, was able to pass along to me the fact that they weren't going to do it, because their truck was broken. (They apparently couldn't figure out how to rent a truck. It's part of logistics.) At no time did they let me know what was happening. I finally hired World Wide Movers.
AML meanwhile is charging me a daily rate to store the freight. That charge of $2,800 is more than the shipping and more than the freight is worth.
For the amount of the storage fee, I could have flown to Juneau 1st class and rented a truck myself. I know how.
They do not understand Logistics, they will not answer your calls and you'll get stuck holding the bill.

Eagle Raven was fantastic! I called to have a parcel picked up from Lemon Creek area on taken to Alaska Seaplanes. It was done within the hour. I will definitely use the service again and recommend it to others. Thanks Eagle Raven!

I used Eagle Raven yesterday, and I am very pleased with the service! I needed to have some time-sensitive documents delivered to a recipient in Alaska. Due to time constraints, I couldnt mail it. I found Eagle Raven online and contacted them about their mail-and-print service. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and professional. I emailed them the document and they were able to review it, print, bind, and package it, and mail it. It was a great experience. I strongly recommend them!
