Never use Lowes or East Coast Flooring for a carpet installation!! I should have listened to reviews and used a local flooring company instead but figured I would give Lowe's a chance as I've been a loyal customer for years.
Carpet was installed incorrectly and started coming up the next day, plus they installed a cheaper padding rather than what I paid for! Gilford Lowe's and installation support has horrible customer service, and keeps sending the installer back to my house without the materials to fix the issue. It has been a month now and we had to delay our move because the carpet still isn't installed correctly. They are refusing a refund or compensation and customer service literally recommended I pursue a credit card chargeback rather than helping or getting a manager to assist. Please do yourself a favor and use any other carpet installation company!!
