I contacted Jeff at Elys Insulation for a quote on adding insulation to my attic. Imagine my surprise when he actually answered his phone - a live person instead of voice mail! We set up an appointment for him to determine a price, then lo and behold - after the appointment, he actually gave me a price quote that very evening!! I accepted the quote (which was very fair), a date was set for the job, and once again I marveled; he arrived with his crew as scheduled and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner.
