Juan and his team were “Fantastic” to deal with. We got three bids for a complete home flooring replacement and while Juan wasn’t the least expensive of the three, he was the only one that gave us some suggestions that we hadn’t considered, and I’m so glad we listened. The new hardwood in the living room blends perfectly with the refinished wood that was already present. Juan suggested matching hardwood in the hallway leading to the bedrooms and that one change, completely changed the look of our home interior. The carpet install in the bedrooms went smoothly, and with his suggestion of memory foam padding makes me want to sleep there instead of my bed! And the LVT in the family room downstairs is going to be so much more durable and easier to maintain than the carpet we had in what was probably the most used room in the house. For anyone on the fence on whether to work with Fantastic Floors or not, I say take the leap. They’re an amazing company, with amazing people!
