An honest review.
I searched a neighborhood site for floor tiling referrals and selected Fantastic Floors in Olathe. I did not need floor tiling but someone to pour some additional self-leveling compound for our diy bathroom reno. We were questioning the outcome of what we poured on our own.
Mike took interest in our small job and we agreed on a price for the work needed based on exchanged pics and size of bathroom.
I signed an estimate and provided my credit card for 50% deposit.
A worker arrived 2 days later and inspected our floor. He turned to me and said, honestly...what you guys have done is fine and you don't need any more leveling added. He took the time to place one of our floor tiles in random areas of the room and suggested we just smooth down some areas and we will be fine.
No charge for a house visit and an honest outcome when he could have easily taken advantage of the situation.
Everybody looks for companies that perform professional work. Well I say an honest company is just as important. So in addition to the good reviews/referrals for Fantastic Floors, I am adding they are a reputable and honest company. Thank you, Mike and Andres!

I requested a quote for floor installation from Fantastic Floor, it is a job charged by per square footage, and when they take the measurement they double counted many spaces, also counted areas that the structure is sticking out and obviously do not need installation. When questioned why double counting the area, they gave some lame reasons "some customized carpet needs one piece in that closet". The carpeted area is probably around 850 sqft area, but they measured the square feet to be around 1150.
