Juan and his team from Fantastic Floors did a great job in reflooring my entire home. Working with Serena was also very pleasant as she quickly answered any questions I had with the invoices and timing. The team came in on the scheduled date, and was able to finish nearly all of it within 2 days (originally scope of work was 4-5 days). The team was quick and professional. We recently did a paint job before they came in, so they made sure to be careful with the baseboards and the wall. If there was any damage they made sure to fix it.
Juan came by at the very end for finishing touches and to inspect all the work with me. All in all, I am pleased with the work and for the amount that I paid it was well worth it.

Excellent service. I had slight delay to receive carpet only because i custom ordered a protective teflon on fibers. They are professional and Alberto was my installer wno was excellent along with his team.

I had new vinyl floors put in by Fantastic Floors. It looked great at first. I had a couch covering a large portion on the floor and when I moved it there were two large areas near the vents that bubbled up. This was not a small bubble. The floors are an inch off the ground from where it bubbled up. I called them and one of the managers came out to look at it. He admitted they messed up and apologized. He showed me what they were going to do to fix it. He told me he would be in contact with me to setup a time to get it fixed. I never heard back from him so I called the main office and explained the situation. A representative called me back and said that my warranty was expired and I would have to pay to fix it. I would’ve noticed this sooner if my couch wasn’t covering it. It’s also obvious that the floors weren’t put in correct in that specific area. There’s nothing that I could’ve done to make the floors buckle like that. They messed up and instead of owning up to it, they want to charge me more to fix it. Shady business. DONT USE FANTASTIC FLOORS.

Fantastic Floors was great! It was easy to schedule the quote and work, and Alberto was able to quickly update the quote when I requested additional space be done. I bought a specific LVP from Flooret and they were able get two large rooms done that day, after removing carpet and prepping the space. It's been over a month since the floor was laid, and no issues - still looks great.

I was needing my dining room vinyl replaced, I was recommended to FF by a friend. I am VERY impressed. From the moment I reached out (responsive time was QUICK) to the day of the estimate that was done by a gentleman named Mike. I was already stressed about this whole process but thankfully he made it way easier than expected. The professionalism and knowledge were top tier and I am 100% satisfied and will only use FF for any further renovations! Highly recommend!
