After a sort of rocky start when one of the workers allowed a neighbor in my home without my permission. However, Randy, the owner did correct the situation and the work that was done was beautiful. Randy also, made sure I was a satisfied customer and reassured that his worker made a bad choice and it wouldn’t happen again. I would hire Floors Done Right again. Thanks again Randy for a job well done!!!! Satisfied Customer 😊

We had the entire main floor of our home, with 50+ year old hardwoods, refinished and stained by Floors Done Right. The floors look stunning - it feels like a new home! They were also able to match and lay new floors in our kitchen, which look seamless. The owner, Randy, is so knowledgeable. He is regularly on site and makes himself available to answer any questions. FDR was very affordable and were able to get the work done quickly. We are so happy with the whole process. We would highly recommend Randy and his crew to anyone! 5 stars!
