We had previously ordered shades for our home from Florcraft, but we didn’t order any for our bedroom. We decided to follow through and get the two shades for our bedroom. They matched perfectly to the shades we ordered previously and were expertly installed by Brian. Our contact at Florcraft was Sarah. Although she is no longer there, we’d like to mention Sarah and her professional and friendly service. Brian was also very professional and friendly. I worked with Laura to get an estimate for a whole-home, floor replacement. She was amazing! She suggested I take a look at the website and let her know what products I liked. She then brought the samples to the measuring appointment, so I could see them in the home. She made us aware of what the stains in the carpet were, and offered advice on how to move forward before laying down new flooring. She offered products and services I didn’t know Floorcraft had and she got the estimate to me very quickly.
