ive been trying to get a hold of a manager or somebody that can help me. every time i call they tell me they will call me back and never hear nothing from them. this $10,000.00 plus order. service is horrible

Mrs Moffit did not buy her floor from us. She bought it from a retailer and she complained to us how rude the retailer was to her. Her issue wasn't with our floors but with the installer that cleaned the floor with mineral spirits. The cleaning agent damaged her floor.
