We had Richard and his crew paint/restore the South and East sides of our building. They were great to work with. They provided a detailed proposal, went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased with the direction they took, really made the building look decades younger and took the time to do quality work.
Where communication often suffers, Graham Construction never had a time that we couldn’t get in touch with them, were quick to answer questions, and more importantly - provided their expertise to assist in every step of the process.

My home in Fairbanks, Alaska, (built in 1982) badly needed a facelift to restore its badly weathered exterior appearance.
Graham Construction Services was contacted in April of this year and promptly came to look the place over and assess what would be needed to accomplish the desired result.

Graham Construction promptly provided a nicely detailed lump sum estimate for the considerable amount of work required to perform miscellaneous exterior repairs to siding and trim, then masking, exterior priming and painting with our chosen color scheme, and general site cleanup after the completion of the job.

The detailed cost estimate was entirely reasonable considering the amount of work required. Once the funding was secured to cover this cost, I accepted their bid in August and they began the job within one week.

Richard's crew arrived early on the appointed day and went immediately to work pressure washing the building's exterior to remove flaking and peeling paint and grime. A few days later the crew again arrived early in the day and began applying the masking and performing the necessary repairs to the siding and trim.

His crew were always polite and courteous and did their necessary work with a minimum of interruption to our family's routine and comfort. They went out of their way numerous times to take care of small things that were required to avoid any damage that might have occurred to extensive outside Amateur Radio antennas and feedlines that exited the home at the rear into the back yard. A few items had to be moved/removed and replaced with my assistance and no damage occurred whatever to any of it.

Everything was well masked and carefully protected with plastic sheeting where necessary, including nearby vehicles and some other things to avoid paint overspray. The main color paint was professionally applied and the trim painting was painstakingly and carefully done by hand.

An Anderson Window Crew was also on site during the three days the Graham crew was here to replace two lower floor windows and both front and read exterior doors. There was no conflict between the two crews and all the work went smoothly

In summary, I would highly recommend Graham Construction Services Inc. to anyone as a Top-Notch operation. Our home's appearance is now greatly improved due to Graham's Timeliness, Professionalism, and great attention to small details. We are extremely pleased with the result of their efforts.
