The garage floor was supposed to taper to the front so water could drain out. When I went to power wash the cement dust the water went to the back. This kid doesn't know what he is doing If you hire him, don't pay all the money. Hold some back till the job is totally complete. He never finished the job. His cuts in the cement are too deep and not enough of them. Can't be trusted

Cannot say how awful the experience with Herb has been. Took deposit for a job he never completed, and no called/no showed 5 days running. Worked 2 hour-days then would just disappear and tried to charge us for 8 hour days. This kid has NO idea what he is doing professionally OR as a builder. The deck he started to build was not only NOT to code, but so wrong and unsafe we had to tear the entire thing down! 21 different structural code violations on inspection. Then when we asked for the deposit money back, since he didn't even complete enough hours to warrant half the deposit, he ghosted us entirely. Now we have to take him to court to get any money back from him. Complete amateur, and a HORRIBLE contractor. BEWARE!!! (Also the 5 star review on here is his facebook friend...).
