Had an emergency flooring situation happen in my basement bathroom due to a water leak. Rich and his crew came out promptly, gave me a great estimate that didn't cost an arm and a leg, and had a plan of action. They got their materials together and within a week I had a new bathroom floor, a level base for my toilet and all my flooring installed the way I like! If you are ever in a bind, call Innovative, you won't go wrong with these hard-working folks. I'm glad I made that call and found them; you won't be disappointed.

Rich did an amazing job repairing my carpet. It was torn up pretty bad and now it looks brand new. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
He was friendly, punctual, and did the job well and in a timely manner.

Richard and his wife repaired our carpet in our home in two places that had been torn up by our pets and they also were able to shift our LVP in our kitchen that had began to gap due to wear. They were friendly, detailed, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after they were finished. I highly recommend them.
