I found J&J Hardwood by in person referral. I have no complaints and only positive things to report. While they excel at larger projects (I’ve seen their work at two different houses outside of my own) we only needed our upstairs hall completed. I was worried about asking for a smaller space, but they accepted it without question. When they came for their quote Jake worked fast and professionally to measure the space. Rather than hassle us for an immediate commitment, he emailed us a very well organized breakdown of the cost that evening. We booked them immediately and they were able to come the next month.
They completed our project quickly and without incident. I couldn’t be happier with the final result. It is my hope to get more floors from them in the future. Easiest five start review.
Bonus comment: This was not needed or expected, but they wiped off any boot prints that they placed in our entry. This was a courtesy that went above and beyond. My husband went out of his way to mention it to me.
