We had a bathroom remodel and MKD's installed tile on the floor and walls and a sliding door to the tub. The work is top-notch, the attention to detail was impeccable, they exceeded our expectations!
Yes, the project took a few weeks longer than initially planned, due to no fault of theirs, but the team kept us in the loop with regular updates and never cut corners to rush the job.
Special shout-out to Mister James for his professionalism and patience with our questions, and Ernell, who did most of the work, showed up each day on time, and never took a break!
If you want a contractor who treats your home like their own, go with MKD's. Worth the wait—100%.

We had a few projects in our home requiring a professional. Full disclosure I’ve been a licensed Realtor for 20 years in AK having worked with numerous companies and individuals during my career. MKD’s IS hands down THE BEST company I’ve EVER had the pleasure to work with on any real estate project in Alaska!! Mister James was at our home within 48 hours. Other companies/contractors I called didn’t have the time for us. Mister James walked through our home reviewing each project. I was given a realistic timeline and we scheduled work to begin two days later. The office manager let me know when the contractor was on his way. He was on time, very respectful of our home, took great care of the our surroundings while on the project and communicated as the job progressed. Honestly it was the best home improvement experience I’ve ever had. For myself or for any of my clients. We highly recommended MKD’s for all of your home solutions. We couldn’t be happier!!!
