10/10 would recommend Rosas Cleaning Service. Our company was needing a one time stripping and waxing floor maintenance for our heavily trafficked restaurant floor and commercial kitchen. They were quick with a response and scheduling. I haven’t seen our floor that clean and shiny in years.

I went with Rosa because he answered the phone when I called. With out-of-town guests coming, I needed to schedule cleaning asap. Rosa was extremely professional and worked with my schedule to do a walk-through and discuss the additional carpet spot cleaning job. (the four other companies with whom I left a message never even called me back) He quoted a reasonable price for both the deep clean and spot treatment(w/ no guarantees). He was flexible with my schedule and showed 5 min early for the job with himself and two others bringing all their own equipment. The team was fast and efficient and did a thorough job in just over 2 hours. I did a walk through with Rosa and was impressed with the work, and he even got the carpet spot(dog urine) to come out! I left his team a tip too, they earned it! GREAT WORK GUYS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND A++
