We called Roybal construction to get an estimate on redoing the drywall in our closet for some mild mold remediation (likely a problem from when we bought this old house). Brandon was very thorough on his explanation of what the requested work would entail and also provided great expectation management in regards to possible unforeseen complications that might be discovered once the walls were opened up and drywall/insulation removed. Brandon felt fairly confident based on the very mild mold evidence these things werent as probable but you can never be certain. Anyways, he and his crew were professional, kind and pleasant and the job was completed in the expected time frame and it looks great! What’s ever better is I didn’t have to do the work, ha! I’d definitely recommend these guys for any work you need done to your home, the work was reasonably priced and started/finished sooner than I would have guessed. We are very happy with the work and service provided!

Made a terrible experience much less terrible. Had a pipe burst due to ongoing below normal temps on north pole. Showed up same day and immediately assessed every part of the house and mediated any risk of mold. All the soaked drywall was removed and cleaned up. Our upstairs carpet was saved. Very knowledgeable with a warm nature. Definitely recommend!

Branden worked with us from dreaming and planning to final dazzling, meticulously re-built kitchen. He brought to life what we hoped for, and more. Branden re-worked plumbing and electric with his crew who also were expert and considerate in our home. He hand-built custom cabinets, countertops and shelving with under-shelf LIGHTS.
