I highly recommend ServPro of Jackson! What was an unfortunate situation at my house due to a water line break and having to replace and repair many things in my house, they were very courteous and professional. Started with Bryce on the mitigation all the to end with Joseph and Kelley making sure things were as expected. While I don't wish this even on anyone, if you do need a great restoration company, they are the one!!!!!!

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about my recent experience with Servpro! I was shocked to discover that my home had flooded while I was out of town, and it was extremely overwhelming — I didn’t even know where to begin. I immediately called my agent, who referred me to Servpro. In less than an hour, they had an entire crew at my house working to get everything dried out (I wish I could say the same for my insurance adjuster 🙄).

Once insurance finally issued my check, I decided to use Servpro for the repair work as well. If you’re considering their construction services, make sure you ask for Chris Purviance. He truly went above and beyond — from coordinating with my adjuster to overseeing the entire repair process from start to finish. The quality of work was top-notch!

Ohhh… AND he’s easy on the eyes too! ☺️
