The builder used this company to install our floors. Less than a year in the house and the floors started popping and splitting at the corners. There were areas where you can tell the floors were layed over dirt and or spackle. After two years of back and forth and continuously being avoided, I finally got them to come out and replace our floors. The floors are ok but I was told they would put our baseboards back up and paint them. Lies! They damaged most of them when they removed them and barely put them back on. There are still baseboards falling apart all around the house, and they never patched them or painted them! Now I’m out hundreds of dollars having to replace and paint baseboards. All because they did not install our floors correctly from the beginning.
