Everything was great until I got home and saw the mattress didn't fit the base we bought. Went there immediately to the store. No way were they going to get one that fit. "They are hand made and very in size. We don't have a return policy for mattresses." B.S. went to Costco and got a king size novafoam brought it home and it fit perfectly. Good thing I needed another king size for my other room. mattress didn't even meet the +/- 1" that beauty rest says is their tolerances. 5" short length and 4" short on width. Should have been called a factory defect. But no give on the return. Thanks Dave I will never shop at your place again. Your welcome for the 4300 dollars of my money. Rest of bedroom set was good have to say that. Crap customer service.

We came into the store looking for a specific bed and they helped us find one to fit our needs. I appreciated their straightforward information and help. I've been to other stores that seemed more interested in the upsell than the customer, and thankfully that was not our experience here. Being from another Southeast town, they helped arrange a delivery to Alaska Air Cargo so it could be shipped to our home. Highly recommend the friendly and helpful staff.

Their furniture is very expensive. I found a love seat I really liked and it was $749. I bought it anyway. A few days later I found the exact same loveseat at Fred’s for $459. From now on I will buy Ashly furniture from Fred Meyers. Saving almost $300 is worth it.
