I had a wonderful experience with Super Floors from start to finish. Paul, who I spoke with during the planning phase, was incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident about the entire process.

The installer, Jesus, did an amazing job. He was very kind, worked quickly, and the quality of his work was top-notch. The carpet looks beautiful!

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and friendly service!

Super Floors came out to do the vinyl in my new apartment before I moved in 3-4 weeks ago. When I got in my new apartment I noticed the seam in the vinyl hadn’t been sealed. I called the leasing office and they said “Super Floors will be out tomorrow to fix it.” Day 1 no call/no show, Day 2 no call/no show, Day 3 no call/no show. And they were adamant they would be out each of these days and we were promised they would be here on Day 3. Day 4 I come home to discover that they came and sealed the seam. I don’t know what they used as an adhesive but it is not seam sealer. It is something that was clumpy. Now the seam is worse than it was before. I constantly kick it and snag my feet on it. This will ultimately lead to floor chipping at the seam and ruining the flooring and when that day comes you have to pray they still have the same style of flooring or a repair isn’t an option, it would have to be a full replacement. I tried to fix it but had no luck. I even tried running an iron over it with two layers of damp towel to see if they used hot glue but had no luck. Very disappointed with this service. Went to tell friends about my experience and a few of them asked if it was Super Floors that installed my flooring. They obviously have a reputation. I’m very frustrated. The reason I’m writing this now is because I just snagged my foot on it again and decided to write this review. If you live in Alaska stay away from this substandard craftsmanship and customer service. It’s kinda hard to get a picture of but you can see the white line where the seam is. That white line is the under layer of the vinyl showing.

They gave us the best service. They also have fabulous floors. Took some samples home over the long weekend to make up our minds. Absolutely recommend this place.
