This specific place was picked for me by Southern Roofing and Renovations. If I could give 0 stars I would. The men that laid my new luxury vinyl floors had no clue what they were doing. I was home every day watching them tear out the old and lay the new. They did not prep the floor or level it before putting down the new. Not even a month after we already had busted floor, and broken connectors. There are soft spots that are visible all over the house. When I brought my concerns to the owner, he brought his crew out and they all told me I was crazy basically and it was the slab my house was on, so totally not their fault in the flooring issues. Even though, we had the same type of flooring down that was torn up and had no issue at all with it. These people refused to fix their job and with barely month old floors, they are already broken and busted yet they didn’t see anything wrong with them. Be very aware of who this company is and how they treat their patrons. It’s just as much southern roofing and renovations fault as it is the floor store.

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you and your employees for all that you have done for us.I was a little worried when the crew started to tear the old floor out but my Lord what a wonderful job they did tearing the old out and putting the new in. The days they worked on the floor I could have set my watch by the time they arrived. They are certainly hard working-very polite and have the homeowners best interest at heart.I have shared pictures of our living room and den with several friends and family members. YOU have gone above and beyond the scope of taking care of your customer--US.Just from the quality of work the crew did I know we will get a lifetime of enjoyment out of our new floor.Here is the Million Dollar question--Would I recommend your company to family and friends and would we ever buy from you again??

Dale, the owner, was a huge help. They have the most options and can help you select or find any items you need for your projects. They have earned a customer for life in me for any flooring projects in the future.
