After many calls to home builders in Fairbanks, NOBODY was interested in doing my project. Sam at United Builders was the only person who would come out and give me an estimate. From beginning to end, Sam made me feel like I was his only customer. After a long summer of tireless dedication and hard work, I now have a massive, beautiful new shop and built-in luxury apartment, all thanks to United Builders. My son and I are living the Alaskan dream. UB’s quality of work is impeccable with remarkable attention to detail. They were always able to accommodate my requests and very receptive to my design ideas. Excellent communication was maintained throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this organization without hesitation. I will be calling on them again for any future building projects that I might need.
