An employee also went out to my car questioning my friend who was sitting in car waiting for me "Anything I can help you with?" Wth? TRYING TO REMODEL our home, but I guess we will go to Don Abel...

The employees asked me what I needed when I didnt need help and when I told them what I was looking for one of the employees in the background shook his head. I get better help from Home Depot by them ignoring me.

My daughter recently bought some items for a home remodel project. Her first encounter with an employee was very belittling and unhelpful. When another employee stepped in, his name is JZ, she received excellent customer service and care. He and the other employee gave her great advice for her project and assisted in loading her car. If it were not for the first person to help her, they’d have a five star recommendation.
